And happy beginning of autumn 🍂 This is by far, my favourite time of year and although we do get a change in temperature here in Hidalgo, Mexico - it's feeling crisper - we don't get the change of colours.

I will deeply miss watching the leaves change to vibrant reds, oranges and yellows and then fall to the ground, reminding us to let go and shed anything that is no longer serving us. If you do get to experience this, please take a few steps in the crunchy autumn leaves for me.
