Hi friends,

I take this topic of ignoring our YESes very seriously because it pains me in so many ways.

It pains me to think about what my life would look like today if I had not said Yes to my YESes.

It pains me to see so many women suffering in a life/situation/relationship that is slowly drowning them, when I know just how friggin beautiful and full of opportunities life is for all of us.

It’s the reason why I keep doing this work and why I’ve realized more than ever that I want this to be my legacy. As I prepare to become a mom, I’m now looking at my choices and the work I am doing with a microscope.

Because I’m about to take on the most important Leadership role of my life and I’m now asking myself, “What kind of mentor do I want to be to my little girl?”. The answer is simple…I want to help her live HER YES LIFE. It’s fascinating how the work I am doing in my business is the exact work I want to do for my daughter. And how often I thought I was offtrack.

For many years, I questioned if I was on the right path, doing the right thing, teaching the right lessons.

In the last year or so, it has all become so clear. When you realize that what you have been building and working on for the last 2 decades is the legacy you want to leave for others, you know you had it right all along.

For me, the cost I would have paid if I had NOT said Yes to my YESes out of fear would be:

• I would have never met my husband - the love of my life - who I saw briefly in 2023 and knew in an instant that he was my person. That YES kept nudging me for 2 years and I kept following it until I found him again.
• I would not be living my dream life between Canada and Mexico.
• I would have never written my book Say Yes to Your YES which is transforming lives literally all over the world. The messages are still flooding in 🥹 and this year my book is releasing in Spanish. The wave of change just keeps growing.
• I would not be giving birth to my little girl Leila in a few months.
• I would not have had the gift of my two dogs in my life during the 7-12 years they were with me as my best friends, my companions, my babies and my guides.
• I would have never, I would have never, I would have never. This list just doesn’t end.

Did I know for sure any of the above would become a reality? Not at all. I had no guarantees but I felt it inside, what was calling me. It often made no sense and I was terrified as I stepped forward towards these YESes.

I had to move through my own fear and limitations (like watching a dramatic soap opera).

I had to move through other people’s judgements, fears and limitations (like watching a horror movie).

I had to move through the messy middle in between saying yes and actually landing where I am today (like watching a crazy suspense movie).

But OMG how much more exciting life has been than just sitting on my sofa hoping, wondering and wishing. Some moments were hard, scary and daunting, but I’ve grown into the potential I never knew existed in me. I want this for you and anyone who has a desire tugging at them inside.

Take a moment to imagine what the cost could be of not Saying Yes to Your YESes. What people, experiences, and adventures are waiting to come into your life on the other side of your YES?

We’re only here for a short while and it doesn't matter how old you are now because it’s NEVER too late to live your life fully as of now. The one thing we ALL have is today, this moment, that is waiting for us to step into.

​So this is my love letter to you, for your YES life. It’s yours to grab if you want it. Just one step at a time and I’m here to support you. Lean into me. This is what I’m here for. This is my legacy to you.
