The simplest way to change your life...

Hi beautiful soul,

Lately I’ve been feeling called toward one thing over and over again.

Simplicity.

Not just in my business. Not just in motherhood. Not just in how I spend my time.

In everything.

The older I get, the more I find myself drawn to experiences that are both simple and profound.

Interestingly, one of the people who inspires me most in this way is Cesar Millan.

What I love about his work isn’t only that he works with dogs.

It’s that he understands something fundamental about transformation.

Simple things done consistently can create profound change.

Presence. Awareness. Connection. Trust.

The work itself is often surprisingly simple.

The impact is anything but.

And when I look back over the last few years of Say Yes to Your YES, I’ve noticed something that keeps happening.

The biggest transformations I witness don’t always happen during workshops.

Or retreats.

Or courses.

Or even coaching calls.

They happen in ordinary moments.

A woman sends me a message.

She’s overwhelmed. Confused. Afraid. Standing at a crossroads. Trying to make a decision. Questioning herself. Feeling the pull toward something she knows she wants.

But she can’t quite hear her own wisdom through the noise.

So we talk.

Sometimes through a few messages.

Sometimes through voice notes.

Sometimes through an intuitive card pull.

Sometimes through a conversation that lasts only a few minutes.

And then something shifts.

The fog clears.

She reconnects with herself.

She remembers what she already knows.

And then months later I receive messages like:

“I finally did the thing.”

“I took the leap.”

“I can’t believe how much has changed.”

“I’m so glad I trusted myself.”

What I’ve realized is that many women don’t need another program.

They don’t need another course.

They don’t need more information.

They need someone in their corner.

Someone who sees them.

Someone who believes in them.

Someone who can help them separate fear from intuition.

Someone who can gently point out the blind spots they can’t see for themselves.

Someone who can remind them of who they are when they forget.

That’s why I’m opening something new.

🤍 The YES Line 📞

A simple, intimate way for us to stay connected.

Think of it as having a trusted guide walking beside you while life is happening.

When you’re facing a decision.

When you’re stuck in overthinking.

When fear shows up.

When you’re dreaming about something bigger.

When you need clarity.

When you need encouragement.

When you simply need someone who understands.

Inside The YES Line you can:

✨ Message me directly for guidance and support

✨ Receive thoughtful responses, reflections, and perspective

✨ Request an intuitive card pull each week

✨ Receive extra support around New Moons and Full Moons

✨ Have a safe place to process what you’re navigating in real time

✨ Get support while you’re actually living your life—not weeks later when your next coaching call arrives...

Simple.

Accessible.

Human.

Personal.

Because I want this work to continue reaching women who are ready to stop carrying everything alone.

Truthfully, I am living a life today that I once only dreamed about.

And while there was a lot of inner work involved, there were also mentors, guides, teachers, and people who helped me see what I couldn’t see on my own.

People who helped me find my next step when I couldn’t find it myself.

That’s what I hope to be for others.

Not someone who tells you what to do.

But someone who helps you trust yourself enough to know.

If you’ve been craving this kind of support, simply reply to this email with the words:

YES LINE

and I’ll send you all the details.

Lots of love,

Jenn xo

P.S. Sometimes the next chapter of your life doesn’t begin with a giant leap.

Sometimes it begins with one honest conversation.

Hey Reader 🤍 I wrote something very vulnerable over on Substack this week… A reflection on what it really looks like to say yes to your YES → When life doesn’t make sense→ When you’re scared→ When you don’t have guarantees→ When everything feels uncertain… And how, sometimes, those are exactly the moments where everything changes.
